TECHNIQUES TAUGHT
Everything you see in the picture will be taught including but not limited to:
- How to make Camilo's signature silky smooth eggless buttercream two ways including the vegetarian/halal method
- How to cover a square cake in buttercream
- How to mould buttercream to achieve the pineapple effect (this technique opens up a world of opportunities in your cake decorating projects)
- How to use a mould to make fondant fruit slices
- How to make wafer paper lilies
- How to make rice paper fantasy flowers
- How to make wafer paper pineapple leaves
- How to use an airbrush machine to create gradient colours
- How to assemble your wafer paper flowers, rice paper flowers and fondant fruit slices on top of your cake to create a visually appealing flower arrangement sure to wow your customers/family/friends
