I'm obsessed with this new brownie flavour! 

If you don't know me personally this statement may seem normal for a custom cake artist. We all love cake and chocolate right? Wrong! 

See the very well kept public secret about me is that whilst I make AMAZING BROWNIES, I don't necessarily like chocolate. My brownies are the only brownies I will eat and bars of chocolate have been known to go stale in my possession. I wasn't brought up with the stuff so it doesn't have a hold on me.

But you see this Caramerro Bea??? She's got a hold on me. 

Listen! Caramerro Bea is the best postal brownie I've made to date. It's a combination of my moorish dark chocolate brownie base with my indulgent homemade salted caramel sauce, Ferrero Rocher and Ferrero Rafaello. NEED. I. SAY. MORE?????

Unfortunately, she can't be made without gluten as both Ferrero Rocher and Ferrero Raffaello contain wheat. If this isn't a problem for you, I strongly, strongly recommend you try her at least once.

Have I ever written a blog post about a new brownie flavour before? No! So this one must be special for me to be typing away on my laptop at 10:29pm on a Sunday when I have a batch of laundry to do.
