I've almost tried all of the brownies London has to offer - but nothing has yet impressed me as much as these did! The Berry Bea brownies were out of this world. Not only does the cream cheese and raspberry add a wonderfully creamy texture, the chocolate brownies themselves were moist and cooked perfectly! Even though they were received by post a day after being baked, they seemed as though they'd been cooked earlier that day! No crusty edges and no crumbly bits. Insanely gooey, as they should be, and topped off with the creamy tangy cheese and raspberries!! Amazing.
