Refund policy

CAKES
We work tirelessly to ensure a consistently high quality of cakes and other baked goods so that our customers are always happy with the product and service they receive from us.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and their perishable nature we only offer full refunds if we fail to deliver an item or if it is rejected on delivery.

In the unlikely event that a customer is unhappy with their item after delivery, we will only offer a full refund if the item is returned to us uneaten in its original packaging and the same condition it was delivered.

If the item has been eaten, we will offer a discretionary goodwill refund if at least 3/4 of the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
