*LIMITED AVAILABILITY*

Pre-order by 6 March for collection on 9 or 10 March from our bakery at Caius House, 2 Holman Road, London SW11 3RL. Delivery within London is also available. Cannot be delivered or collected before 9 or 10 March.

Beautiful and delicious, these light and fluffy vanilla cupcakes are guaranteed to make mum feel special. They are beautifully boxed in a clear gift box with a gold base and adorned with a rose gold ribbon for an elegant finish.

Our cupcakes are best eaten at room temperature, which is when the sponge is moist and the buttercream melts in your mouth (HINT: If the buttercream is hard when you eat it, it's not yet at room temperature)

Please note that all our cupcakes are buttercream cupcakes (unless otherwise specified) and are refrigerated overnight before delivery to ensure safe travel. Consequently, your cupcakes may arrive rock hard (alas butter hardens when chilled) and may seem dry if you eat it immediately. Do not be alarmed! Simply leave it out of the fridge for 1-2 hours in warm weather or 3-4 hours in cooler months for it to return to room temperature before enjoying your delicious cake.

Allergen and Food Safety Information

Contains milk, eggs, soya (chocolate cake only) and gluten

Although all steps have been taken to avoid cross-contamination, our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts.

Cupcake care

'Our cupcakes never contain any gelatin or preservatives unless stated'

Cupcakes are best eaten on the day of delivery at room temperature so there is no need to store your cupcakes in the fridge. Leave them in the box they are delivered in until you are ready to eat or display them.

Never place your cupcakes in direct sunlight, like any human in the heat they will get hot & bothered and start to melt 🙃.

To preserve any leftover cupcakes; put them in an airtight container with a slice or 2 of white bread and eat it within 3 days - refresh the bread  (if needed) as it dries out. For longer preservation; our cupcakes can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw out overnight in the fridge and eat within 2-3 days. Don’t forget to place your cupcakes in an airtight container with a slice of white bread to retain moisture.
