Cake Design

A smooth, clean ivory buttercream cake finished with a hand-piped shell border framing a full-colour edible image printed onto an icing sheet — crisp, vibrant, and impressively detailed. The result is a professional, polished presentation that reflects the quality of your brand from the very first glance.

Your image is printed directly from your supplied artwork — whether that's a company logo, a branded graphic, a magazine-style cover, a team photograph, or any design of your choosing. Simply upload your image at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.

We recommend uploading high-resolution artwork in a circle for the crispest, most vibrant print quality. If you have text on your artwork, please ensure that the text is at least 2cm away from the edge of the circle. 

How to Order

Ordering your corporate photo cake is simple:

3. Upload your image or artwork — high-resolution files recommended for the best print quality
4. Choose your delivery date and window

For any special requests — such as a particular buttercream colour, vegan, without gluten, or halal requirements — please add these in the Special Requests box at checkout.

Allergen Information

Contains milk, gluten (wheat), and eggs. Our chocolate and red velvet cakes also contain soya.

We prepare our cakes in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts, and peanuts. Whilst every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.

Delivery

We offer premium cake delivery across London and within the M25. We carefully transport your cake and deliver it to your door, beautifully presented and ready for your celebration.

Please select local delivery at checkout for London orders. For deliveries outside London, please email hello@goodcakeday.com to confirm availability and receive a bespoke delivery quote.

Cake Care

Our cakes never contain any gelatine or preservatives unless stated. Cakes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery but will keep fresh for at least 3 days from delivery when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Never place your cake in direct sunlight or near a heat source — like any of us in the heat, it will get hot and bothered and start to melt!

Returns

Our cakes are lovingly baked to order and cannot be returned unless the cake is faulty. Any concerns must be raised at the point of delivery so our driver can assist. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported after delivery. Where a refund is applicable, the full item must be returned as required by law. Please inspect your cake carefully upon receipt to ensure you are completely satisfied.
