Placing Your Order

1. Select your quantity — our minimum order is 30 biscuits per logo design. You can have multiple logos per order. Please let us know the distribution in the special requests box.  
2. Choose your preferred shape - we offer round and square biscuits with your logo. 
3. Upload your logo — please supply high-resolution artwork for the crispest, most vibrant print finish
4. Choose your delivery date and window

Need biscuits delivered to multiple addresses, or require vegan, made without gluten, or halal options? Simply add your requirements in the Special Requests box at checkout, and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

A Note on Presentation

Our logo branded biscuits are delivered in sturdy boxes of 30, carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

For a more elevated gifting experience, upgrade to our signature blush pink gift boxes lined with Good Cake Day branded tissue paper — a luxurious unboxing moment that reflects the quality of your brand from the very first glance. Simply request the premium gift box upgrade in the Special Requests box at checkout. Please note this will incur an additional cost, which will be confirmed and billed separately.

Shelf Life & Storage

Our biscuits contain no gelatine or preservatives unless otherwise stated. They will keep fresh for up to 7 days from delivery when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Their longer shelf life makes them particularly well-suited to gifting and PR mailers where timing flexibility is important.

Returns

All biscuits are freshly baked to order and cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product. Any concerns must be raised at the point of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported after delivery. Where a refund is applicable, the full item must be returned as required by law.
