Personalise your order by asking us to enclose a handwritten BLUSH note with your order and/or order a 25 character message plaque to accompany your cake (£5 extra)
It's always best to order at least 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment as delivery slots fill up fast, especially over the weekend.
Delivery
We are so pleased to offer DOORSTEP DELIVERY in London and postcodes within the M25. We also deliver nationwide, so If you would like delivery outside this area, please email us at hello@goodcakeday.com for a quote calculated on a mileage basis. So far the farthest we've delivered is Derby.
We do not deliver on Sunday but you can collect your order from our kitchen in Battersea between 10-6. Exceptions apply to wedding cakes, which can be delivered on Sundays.
If you cannot accept a delivery within the time slot you selected, please let us know at least 24 hours before the delivery scheduled date. If we miss you, because you haven't let us know you won't be home during the time slot you selected, re-delivery will only be arranged for a fee of £35.
Cake care
'Our cakes never contain any gelatin or preservatives unless stated'
Cupcakes are best eaten on the day of delivery but will keep fresh in their box for 3 days from delivery.
Never place our cakes in direct sunlight, like any human in the heat it will get hot & bothered and start to melt.
Return policy
Our cakes are baked to order therefore we cannot accept returns unless there is something wrong with the cake. If something is wrong, it needs to be reported at time of delivery and not after. We cannot take responsibility for anything reported after. For all refunds the item must be returned in full – this is legal requirement we have to follow.
At the point of delivery please check you are satisfied with the product – if there are any problems at this point the driver can be made aware and can help with the problem.

Although all steps have been taken to avoid cross-contamination, our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts.
