Personalise your order by asking us to enclose a handwritten BLUSH note with your order and/or order a 25 character message plaque to accompany your cake (£5 extra)

We do not deliver on Sunday and Monday.
Our cupcakes are freshly made to order.
Our cupcakes are delivered fresh from our bakery during normal working hours. Timed deliveries can be arranged at cost by emailing us. We do aim to delivery your cake as early as possible.
If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour and let us know at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

Cupcakes are best eaten on the day of delivery but will keep fresh in their box for 3 days from delivery.
Never place our cupcakes in direct sunlight, like any human in the heat the buttercream will get hot & bothered and start to melt.
Our cakes are baked to order therefore we cannot accept returns unless there is something wrong with the cake. If something is wrong, it needs to be reported at time of delivery and not after. We cannot take responsibility for anything reported after. For all refunds the item must be returned in full – this is legal requirement we have to follow.
At the point of delivery please check you are satisfied with the product – if there are any problems at this point the driver can be made aware and can help with the problem.
