Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop London | Guided Festive Team Experience

The festive team experience your colleagues will still be talking about in January. Our Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop is a guided, immersive, and genuinely joyful experience — where teams come together to build, decorate, and celebrate, with a beautiful creation to take home at the end.

Creative, collaborative, and completely inclusive — no baking or decorating experience required. Just a willingness to get stuck in, have fun, and make something memorable together.

Trusted by Google, Disney, LVMH, LEGO, Soho House, Samsung, Marvel Studios, Paramount Pictures, Amazon, ASOS, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest — this is the festive team experience that global brands return to year after year.

Workshop minimum: 10 guests.

Available at your office or chosen venue across the UK, at our Clapham Junction studio, or virtually with kits delivered directly to participants

What to Expect

A fully guided, hands-on festive experience where every team member builds and decorates their own gingerbread house — with plenty of opportunity for creativity, a little friendly competition, and the kind of genuine connection that only comes from making something together.

Experience flow: Welcome → guided assembly & decorating → team photos → packaging & celebration.

This is a mindful, joyful break from the working day — one that encourages creativity, supports wellbeing, and gives every team member something beautiful to take home and enjoy or share with loved ones.

Optional Add-On: Dear Future Me

Elevate your festive experience with our Dear Future Me add-on — a beautiful moment of reflection where guests write a letter to their future selves, seal it in a gold-lined envelope with a wax seal, and receive it back by post three months later. A thoughtful, meaningful addition that extends the impact of your team experience well beyond the workshop itself.
