Placing Your Order

1. Select your quantity — our minimum order is 30 biscuits per logo design. You can have multiple logos per order. Please let us know the distribution in the special requests box.  
2. Choose your preferred shape - we offer round and square biscuits with your logo. 
3. Choose your preferred finish - we offer gold twine as standard and brand colour ribbons for a premium finish. You can also select branded ribbons for a deluxe finish. 
4. Upload your logo — please supply high-resolution artwork for the crispest, most vibrant print finish
5. Choose your delivery date and window

Have specific dietary requirements — vegan, without gluten, or halal? Need delivery to multiple addresses? Simply add your requirements in the Special Requests box at checkout.

Storage & Freshness

Our cupcakes never contain any gelatine or preservatives unless stated. Cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery but will keep fresh in their box for up to 3 days from delivery. Please never place our cupcakes in direct sunlight — like any of us in the heat, they'll get hot and bothered and start to melt!

Shelf Life & Storage

Our biscuits contain no gelatine or preservatives unless otherwise stated. They will keep fresh for up to 7 days from delivery when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — making them an excellent choice for advance preparation ahead of events or postal gifting campaigns.

Returns

All biscuits are freshly baked to order and cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product. Any concerns must be raised at the point of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported after delivery. Where a refund is applicable, the full item must be returned as required by law.

Contains eggs, milk, and gluten.

Our biscuits are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, soya, nuts, and peanuts. Whilst every precaution is taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. Full allergen information is printed on every individual bag.
