Our small logo branded cupcakes feature your company logo printed in stunning full colour on a 3.8cm edible image disc, set atop a silky smooth swirl of buttercream — a premium, on-brand treat that leaves a lasting impression at any corporate event, product launch, or gifting occasion.

Choose from a light, fluffy vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream or a rich chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream — both crowned with your logo in crisp, vibrant colour.

For a bolder branded statement, our large logo cupcakes feature a 5.08cm edible disc — perfect if you'd like your branding to make an even bigger impact.

We require at least 3 working days' notice for cupcake orders. Please order in advance to guarantee availability.

How to Order

Ordering your branded cupcakes is simple:

1. Select your quantity — our minimum order is 24 cupcakes per flavour. Multiple flavours are available in multiples of 24 (e.g. 24 vanilla + 24 chocolate)
2. Select your flavour — choose from vanilla, chocolate, Lemon, Oreos and red velvet
3. Upload your logo — we recommend high-resolution artwork for the best print quality
4. Choose your delivery date and window

For any special requests — such as a particular buttercream flavour, vegan, without gluten, or halal requirements — please add these in the Special Requests box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery

We offer premium cake delivery across London and within the M25, with two convenient options to suit your needs:

✨ Premium Set-Up Service — prefer us to take care of everything? For an additional £35 we will transport, place, and arrange your order exactly where you need it — whether that's a boardroom table, event venue, or a specific room in your home

Please select local delivery at checkout if you are in London. For deliveries outside London, please email us at hello@goodcakeday.com to confirm availability and receive a custom delivery quote.

Cupcake Care 

Our cupcakes never contain any gelatine or preservatives unless stated. Cupcakes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery but will keep fresh in their box for up to 3 days from delivery. Please never place our cupcakes in direct sunlight — like any of us in the heat, they'll get hot and bothered and start to melt!

Return policy 

Our cupcakes are baked fresh to order, and therefore, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for concerns raised after delivery. For all refunds the item must be returned in full, as required by law. Please check you are satisfied with your order at the point of delivery — our driver can assist with any concerns at that stage.
